Logging out in the belt?

What happens if I log out in the belt, while still in the safe zone? Will my ship despawn? or will it be waiting for me when I log back in?

The ship should remain while you are logged out. Which means that if your outside the safe zone your ship can be taken by other players.
At this stage, if the ship isn't there when you log back in, it's about 50/50 another player moved your ship, or a bug deleted it.

Someone trolled me like this.. Some guy beg me to join group jumps in my ship and flew it out in the belt and log off. the tow cost was so much i had to delete the ship. Guy acted stupid said when he came back to game the ship was gone.
