MFC keeps using large thrusters to maneuver

Like the title said, The MFC on the ship i am designing keeps using the large thrusters along with the maneuver thrusters to maneuver, this is making movements inconsistent, turning to the left triple the speed of turning to the right, how do i get the MFC to only use maneuver thrusters to maneuver?
Edit: discovered i had a few switches flipped and i was using one of the wrong switches

As fas as I know, it is not possible to instruct the MFC how to handle the thrusters. It automatically decides the best way possible to do the maneuver and sometimes it is not using the thrusters we expect that it should use.
