Update 20.7.2020 (Build 215)

Animations
  • Added Saw Tool 3rd person reload animation
  • Added animations for mid-air death
  • One-handed tools and pistols no longer activate Universal Tool related animations
  • Fixed mid-air animation idle direction resetting
  • Improved how emote animations work while sitting on a chair
Audio
  • Music changes:
    • All semiprocedural music tracks now have consistent and better sounding fade-out and fade-in
    • Couple of semiprocedural music tracks instrumentation changed, sound much smoother and more "spacey" now
    • Six new "absolutely nothing happening in space" ambients that play between semiprocedural music tracks
    • Playlist logic is now Actual music -> semiprocedural musical ambient <-> not so musical ambient
  • Thruster audio changes:
    • Maneuver thruster sound changed closer to earlier less drilly version
    • Thruster audio system general audio dynamics tweaks. Thruster volume is now a bit higher, but more controlled
    • Thruster bass sound volume increased a bit, but audible range dropped to 50 units
Chat & Social
  • Friend requests now use System channel
  • Friend requests now have localization
  • Groups now auto disband properly upon having only one player in a group (i.e. fixed having to open the group menu before joining a new group in cases where the player was the last member in a group)
Company
  • Added an error message for unavailable rank names
Economy
  • Fixed some crafting data entries
  • Fixed PvP station economy zone
  • Removed alloys from crafting data
  • Adjusted sell value of electricity
Effects
  • Added new Antigel Gun muzzle flash VFX
  • Added and edited Rail Gun muzzle particle system effects
  • Added unique projectile for Gauss Rifle
  • Added new particle effect for Long Rifle
  • Updated Gauss Rifle muzzle and trails
  • Updated Revolver muzzle to stop it following barrel
  • Updated Bolter Gun muzzle, trail and hit effects
  • Updated FX to Flamethrower, primarily the projectile itself, and removed the 'shoot' effect as there is no 'shoot' on the Flamethrower
  • Updated Long Rifle muzzle FX, more 'gas' horizontal muzzle, more forceful front muzzle, generally all faster too
  • Modified Autocannon projectile particle system
  • Modified Railgun turret projectile particle system
Emotes
  • Updated emote /wave2
Devices
  • Fixed Rangefinder rangefinding itself in some cases
  • Cargo Crate:
    • Fixed being able to pickup ore to Large Bag's slots
    • Fixed not being able to pick up Ore nuggets into Cargo Crates with keybind for picking up objects to Inventory (default keybind: "P")
  • Cargo Frame:
    • Fixed locking ships of players not in the same group
    • Fixed in Ship Designer test flight and using group of hosting player instead of owning one
  • Fixed Network Relay Item icon to use the same one as Memory Relay (not in Ship Designer)
Items & Inventory
  • Updated inventory icons for:
    • Antigel Gun
    • Battle Rifle
    • Gauss Rifle
    • Arclighter
    • Bolter Gun
    • Plasma Rifle
  • Fixed not being able to buy items that are stackable to inventory
  • Blocked big items from being picked up to mining backpack inventory
  • Laser ammo is no longer generated out of power alone. Instead the ammo boxes come with 800 idle ammo that is converted to useable ammo. The conversion rate is still 0.5/s
  • Weapons, tools and armor now get unequipped when moved to Station Inventory
  • Removed functionality for unarming weapons/tools by holding down the unarm keybind (default keybind "B")
Tools
  • Building Tool:
    • Fixed material consumption errors
  • Universal Tool:
    • Zoom level is now stored for a session
    • Fixed issues with using two handed weapons when Universal Tool is in use
    • All tools are now set on lowered state if the crosshair overlaps with Universal Tool
    • One handed tools and weapons usage allowed when Universal Tool is open in crosshair mode
    • Fixed scroll input being eaten unless there is something to scroll under the cursor
  • Increased max capacity in Cable and Pipe Tool Magazines (100 -> 300)
Repair Tool Assistant
  • Fixed ship blueprint not appearing when no parts have been completely destroyed
  • Hologram visuals are now customizable by in-game settings
Ship Designer & Lot Designer
  • Modules can now be created and saved
  • Added pipe and cable layer controls to object browser box
  • 30 degree beams are now in Special Beams folder (Beams layer)
  • 30 degree plates are now in Special Plates folder (Plates layer)
Technology
  • Fixed a crash when inviting to a group
  • Fixed a crash during trade
UI
  • Removed some phrases from the profanity filter blocklist
Known issues
  • Lot blueprints sometimes fail to save during first save after freshly renting a lot. (Workaround: After freshly renting a lot save something on the lot, save and exit, and only after that start designing what you want on the lot. Second save onwards should work without issues.)

Thanks for bringing modules back!

Lasers need ammo access now. I'm glad I haven't finished my fighter yet.
