For some reason, I didn't get the notification for this until a few days ago via email but yeah, I guess. I'm a bit unclear as to what a Space 18-wheeler is so I felt that was the best way to put it. I guess if you consider the wheels equal to the engines, we have 60-wheelers.

Oh 100%, I missed the part where the devs were discussing locking colors as a whole. I was under the impression they were just locking the orange and blue colored plates from the kingdom and empire BPs. Sorry for the misunderstanding

I understand the argument here and personally would appreciate having access to dev colored plates as my faction's color schemes use Black and the two dev faction colors, however, you've kind of answered your question. Why can dev factions be allowed to have colored plates no one else has access...

This is a great update! I'm very excited to see how people react to the new SSC system! I personally have been working to get my ship done and only bought it ~12 minutes ago (the update starts in 3 minutes according to the ingame prompts)
