any beam connected to 2 other beams is a valid beam, be it normal welds or the new manual ones. so YES!

Cool. This will be great for finally finishing off my Y-wing that I started last year. Since the cockpit has so many shallow angles, it's practically impossible to get right with 15-degree-only beams.

In fact, this will be amazing for creative designs in general.
