This is a new bug. I had it happen last night and kept flying further out, and my 6th or 7th I checked was fine.. until I relogged due to an inventory bug, and then the one I was just mining wasn't mineable anymore. I went to bed.

My inventory is so messed up now. Can't move things to or from station, have to relog if I want to dump anything into space, if I try to use P to pick up an item I removed from my ship it just disappears, gone, can't be found anywhere. I also can't do anything with email attachments from an admin.

All you have to redo to get a ship is the repair tutorial. That said I have had the same problems. At some point I couldn't transfer ore to station or into space (the latter would actually work only if I logged out and back in), and then my ship just disappeared and they had to refund it to me...
