A couple of small but high QOL suggestions

1. Fuel rods can be refuelled whilst still in generators at the Origin (and possibly player bases). Provides a value and difference between refuelling in the field vs a fully equipped starbase.

You can see a stack summary in the player station/origin inventory (and not have to look in the ship purchase screens to see a summary count. 5.2 stacks of Bastium etc)
