Character stuck in EZ build inside of cargo module

Sooo I was trying to place a cargo module as part of the tutorial and managed to get myself stuck inside of it. I guess I drifted into it as it was placing. so my feet count as being in the box. If I crouch I cant stand back up and I am fully inside the cargo box. Cant jump, Cant move. Kinda stuck. Anyone know how to get myself out of said predicament.

So i figured out a way to unstick myself. I completely exited the game. when it loaded back up and started loading me in I held forward to move my character and I cleared the issue before the ship finished loading in. Stream lag or spawn lag? not sure which but i managed to get out of the way before it popped back in.
