Starbase will go down for maintenance in ~1h 40min and is expected to stay in maintenance for one hour when we install the latest patch.

- Fix for ISAN issues and Origin and Fast Travel gate not being visible from the asteroid belt
- Fix for character data resetting in certain cases
- Improvements for player support handling to speed up the process
- Improvements to Mail system (no more lost attachments)
