Player Centered Spawn Points

The ability for the player to choose spawn points based on public spawn points and their crafted item that would allow a spawn like a endo storage cabinet or something of the sort.

This way we can spawn at our stations, back on a ship that was under attack, or at Origin stations.

There is something called a reconstruction machine at the bottom of the YOLOL subtree. The wiki claims that it works like this but I don't know the specifics.
