- Fixed Capital Ship building area claim working only once per editor session.
- Fixed the editor building area claim message to accurately tell the amount of areas that player can claim.
- Fixed some station objects not supporting Decals. (even legacy objects support them now.)
- Fixed Decal limit being hit erroneously in Station editors by just placing objects when not near the building limit.
