In my ship i tend to have too many lens flairs. I took a few screenshots in the same spot and I can see a grand total of 10 flairs (and I would assume i would see two more below me if the control panels were not in the way).
I would highly suggest to tune down these because it makes it very difficult to navigate. We have currently lens that would reduce glare IRL, I would assume that we could do something similar to robotic space aged glass.
