Won't let me spawn laborer ship - cannot play game

I was killed (somehow) sent a email out, but my problem is this:
I cannot spawn a new laborer ship, went back in the tutorial and did all the things
up to the point where it says to go spawn one in and nothing shows up, i cant play the game.

Press F1 in the game and open an in-game support ticket. Admins should give you a voucher to redeem a new ship.
