This might already be possible by making some extended things at the front of your ship and making them out of durable materials. This is especially likely now that we can choose materials. The hardest part would be to build the underlying structure strong enough to be used more than once.

Maybe, i heard that you can create really durable frame which will give you an opportunity to ram ships for 2-3 times and do big damage
