when its done, no point releasing a game that is broken.
If they could accurately predict which bugs being fixed would cause more bug and how long bugs themselves take to fix then they could give us a date.
Alot of games have release dates set by publishers and marketing plans, as an independent studio Frozenbyte doesnt have this problem.
There are plenty of games that launched with really dumb and blatent problems, not because QA didn't catch them, but because they had to launch when the publisher said so.
Have patience, get a cuppa tea and carry on waiting :)

Doubt too,but we need a hope for this endless runing.
Why? There are more than enough good games out there. The longer they need and the more they underperform, the less players they get and the less money they make.

They advertised a 2019 release for months, only told us in the end of november it won't be 2019. Now Q1 2020 is over too and still nothing.

They fucked it up big time advertisement wise.

Tbh I'm more than satisfied with the increasingly small progress reports and the fact that the reports are seeming to point to a lot of finalization's all around, they seem to be finishing off a lot of the UI and working out the beginning jobs, the fact that they are still fixing bugs is great and that the number of bugs has noticeably decreased from report to report which gives me hope that indeed, at the least, by the looks of how small today's report was, there's a sense of hope that the closed alpha will come within the month. Of course who am I to say anything but idk, there's hope.
