    Yeah, 300m/s for a fighter would be nice. But I think whatever they make the speed cap be, it should be very hard to reach it. Like only things designed purely for speed, with like 80% of it's overall weight being engines could just barely reach it. I would hate to see all fighter designs flying...

    I never said they had to go on forever! Sure it would be nice, but we should at least be able to launch things and have them keep going until they go out of render range then they despawn because at that point you most likely just missed your target. :(

But space drag sucks because if you wanted to throw things through space with no engines, space drag would slow...

    I also very much hate when there is a hard speed cap like in Space Engineers, instead of a soft cap where you can add lots of engines but there will be diminishing returns.

    I hate space drag in games. So many weapon and ship designs won't be possible because of space drag. That is such a drag!!! :(

    Yes, I'm sure I will be painting my ship designs in different color schemes with different designs when I sell them to other people. It would be kind of funny to see 2 factions at war with each other with the same fighters in different color schemes. :LOL:

    Even if everyone thinks camouflage is useless, I still want to be able to paint my ships in different colors with different camo patterns just to make them look cooler. Would be great if we could design our own camo patterns as well.

    You know what? I don't think I will even own a ship... I might rent one at first just to get some money and resources, but I will most likely spend about 99% of my time just in the ship designer, designing ships, weapon systems and other ship parts.     Yeah, the bolts turn blue when using the bolt tool to make them easier to see. But we don't yet know if we can change them from their normal black color showed on all videos and screen shots.

    I sure hope so... From the screen shots all ships have black bolts. We also really need to be able to change the colors of wires, pipes, display screens and buttons.

    Is it too much to ask for both?... I plan to design ships that have both efficiency and beauty. I have designed some very cool looking things in other games like Avorion that are also very functional. :)

    LOL! A panjandrum was not a vehicle. XD But with moon bases being a thing you would think ground vehicles should be a thing.

    Yes, sound devices are a must have in a game like this. But I would have used Factorio's Programmable speakers as an example instead of Minecraft's note blocks. The speakers in Factorio have a few alarm/warning sound effects built into them aside from the musical notes.
