no game company wants to open themselve up to the liability of allowing RMT and/or encouraging it in their game. it just is not worth it not to mention that most western gamers absolutely HATE the idea.

I get the desire to keep blueprints proprietary but people who buy a ship and customize it should be able to replace the ship fairly easily not have to start over from scratch.

ISAN is a decent system but it should NOT be the only means of navigation. It's like taking the insrument panel out of a plane b/c you have a GPS. It's a decent tool but no way in hell should it be the only tool in the toolbox.
