yah i didnt feel like explaining to him that every material is useless against a tripod he seemed like the sort of person that would have had an answer for it. also seems like the sort of person that doesn't leave the safe zone.
AFAIR, according to one of the videos capital ships CAN attack capital ships as long as they are of the same class size. You most likely get a warning that another capital ship is warping to your capital ship's position just like station siege notifications. Not sure though.
I'm assuming you just wrote a really bad sentence, but in case you didn't and that's actually what you meant this isn't correct. Ships (and all their parts/modules) CAN be built via just purchasing the ore requirements for the ship. However, if you want to save maybe 20-30% on the overall cost...

So, I made a shippvp montage of the past week or so with my small crew. I just wanted to post it here so everyone, including the devs, really get a feel for just how much needs to be done to balance the tripod. While I am hopeful for the upcoming changes that are on the PTR, I fear that will not...
so if im reading this right moon mining is only in the programming stage? is it safe to assume we won't be seeing it this month and the roadmap is already falling behind?
