Bolting tool in ship designer, need to have parameters and additional behavior like ruler.
1. Press and hold LMB on some face (normal surface).
2. Dragging mouse in any direction will cause showing a ghosts of bolts on full length from Press position to Current mouse position.
3. Release LMB, bolts are placed on full length of "Ruler", with some distance between them.
Autoboling good, but not enough, in complex builds it always fails and in most cases some parts require a lot of additional bolts to work, OreCargoCrates for example.
In addition it helps to decorate large ships, in my last project I've took 3h to bolt outside parts.
