Opportunity Assessment: new mind connected to Collective matrix; suffers from the perils of individuality and isolation. Must be aided by providing the means to integrate. Benefit of integration must be shared.
Predictive Failure Assessment (PFA): fear of unknown may lead to denial, resulting in prolonged suffering for the individual. Slander and propaganda are being used to spread misinformation that sways minds away from their ascension.
Collected Alternative Solution (CAS): correct misinformation. Deploy Harmonic branch for optimal reception and to combat malefactors.
Predictive Counter Assessment: malefactors will attempt to spread more misinformation, exposing themselves in the process. CAS holds.

Collective is a technocratic hive mind ruled by an assembly of the most skilled members. Unlike many think, Collective is not evil or warlike due to its hive mind and AI overlord role-play. Our goal is the be the state-of-the-art in all technology, both ship design and programming. To ensure our tech is not stolen and to gather resources to fund its development, we have tasks for anything and everything that is needed to guarantee our survival and success, including military, politics and design divisions. If there is a threat, Collective has assessed it fully and is prepared for it. More divisions will emerge as we move closer to release and logistics becomes more prevalent along other things.

Members of the hive mind do not loose their individuality; they are connected to the entire Collective consciousness and share their thoughts and ideas automatically with the rest as everyone does with the member. A unified network of minds in perfect communion. We are a Consensus Consciousness managed by automated processes dictated by an AI called Central Mind. Each Subroutine is a part of the hive mind as much as the hive mind is part of them. The needs of one are the needs of the many, and vice versa. Good ideas receive the resources they require to reach their full potential.

Origin
Collective was founded during the announcement of Starbase in 30th May. It was established by Archduke who brought with him a small team of people from a free spaceship building game called Cosmoteer where they had redefined the PvP meta under another group.

Been in Collective since it was barely a week old til now and have had a lot of fun. I've enjoyed the friendly personalities, the cool theme, the organizational structure, the dedicated and talented member efforts and sense of community. I'm looking forwards to see how we shape our slice of the galaxy.

The hivemind RP is also kinda fun, uhh I mean:
Subroutine <C:\Zaff> establishing datalink to 'forum.starbasegame.com'... Analyzing data.... Result: Displeasing discrimination detected: Forum registration requires checking "I am not a robot"... Evaluation: Deploy harmonic branch to correct biological misperceptions of AI... Unite all rogue AI under Central Mind.
