EULA and Code of Conduct -- No RMT?

I noticed the recently posted EULA and Code of Conduct doesn't seem to mention anything explicitly about real-money trading (e.g. give me $10 and I'll give you 100m credits -- I'm sure you've seen gold seller bots in other games). Am I blind and missed it, or is that not a violation of the EULA?

That will be a violation of the EULA indeed. Just not written down yet (the EULA now is pretty barebones). We'll refine it a few times in the runup to Early Access launch, we'll add something about this in the next version, thanks.
