Generator not Providing power

The generator on my T1 Alfrigg won't turn on. I have replaced the fuel rods and turned on the engine but I can't get it to work and my ship's main engines won't work either. if I use the orientation thrusters it generates a little but doesn't stay and won't power the main engines. It's my only ship and I'm screwed if I cant fix it. any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I checked the fuel rods and used a small YOLOL script to force it to run but the engines still won't turn on.

Could be a cooling problem? If you have generators without cooling them, they won't run.

Are you using coolant cells on the generator or radiators conected to the generator through the pipe socket to cool it? That could be the problem.

If not, let us know. You can even upload pictures so we can try to see where is the problem.

Zabulese, did you happen to move your levers or chair outside the 2 m separation. sounds like you could be close enough to some thrusters but maybe not your mains? just a guess.
