I keep thinking about having a role as a blockade runner, and want to design a small fast maneuverable smuggling ship for that purpose.

Thats what it is supposed to be for. The problem is: we cant get any screenshots of our creations from the game. Only thoughts, drafts, sketches, and rough models.

I was thinking of a modular freight ship. A long and thin design, where cylinder or triangular prism-like hollow structures can be added on the end of the ship as needed

I think I would have a heavy fighter that can be piloted by 1 person but also carry cargo and that could be long range
