It is cumbersome to need power and a switch to open and close a small door/hatch.
I would like doors/hatches up to a certain weight to be able to open and close without power and without a switch.

I think it is nonsense to install power to all maintenance panels and lockers.

You don't need to.
Just stick a handle on the moving part then you can drag it without power.

so it is not really possible to have a hybrid between powered and unpowered operation for the same hinge unless you want a plan B in case of power failure
(wanted to get this out so you don't stand there wondering why the handle doesn't work)

There is so much to do in this game, but unfortunately, probably the active development of the game has been stopped at this stage.
