Moon Bases, Nations and Siege

Not clear to me from the development news was will Moon Bases be part of nations? And will they be siegable?

Will these territories be exclusive to belts, or can nations be built on the surface of planets?

Also, if there are going to be huge clusters of stations, there really needs to be "Add Corp/Group/Friends" to station safe zone permissions to allow people to navigate without getting constantly slowed by safe zone borders.

Since Lauri seems to differentiate between stations and moon bases

so we already have pve turrets and my commitment to the ball turret .. so you're looking for station/base/capital turrets?

I would assume this is a definite yes to moon station (bases) being part of nations, as it is an answer to whether or not nations will be able to encompass parts of moons if there are enough of the same company's stations on it, with the hidden caveat in the hopefully that this probably takes a lot of time and stations
