We have a patch planned that is potentially coming tomorrow. This patch will allow towing within the safe zone, among other things, so ships within the safe zone should be towable again in the terminal.
Additionally, this patch will also likely fix many of the ships that are currently showing as "Recovered" in the terminal. If you still have a ship in this state after this patch, you can contact a Community Manager for support.
However, the patch has an unfortunate known issue regarding Lot module snapping which we have recently discovered. Lot modules are not snapping to lot doorways. They can still be manually placed there, but this is more work and can understandably be frustrating. Thus, if you have been planning to start building a lot structure in the near future, it may be worth placing the first module to the doorway already. Lot modules will still correctly snap to each other after this patch.
