I mean let's be honest, with how frequently they're going to crash into each other in order to sate their savage bloodlust, as well as due to their pilots having been drafted out of primarily mollusks, I don't think they'll stay out of debt for long anyway.

Fun Fact: No one starts with any faction to begin with. From my understanding you decide to join later on so it's not like you are a long time empire pilot who ran into debt but rather could be a billionaire who then joined.
