Plz decrease Rail and Sniper rifle damage vs endo

1 shot 1 kill imho too much - endo fights looks like sniper wars at currect patch..
Leave only headshots.
2-3 body hits = 1 kill = i think is good - that will make ground fights more spectacular

FB's plan is actually for headshots to do less, because endo, its okay to loose a head and keep walking around. Go check out some of the videos from FB with endo dismemberment to see what I mean, a lot of the boltcrackers stuff shows it.

One-shot-kill weapons are the only way currently to deal with players who log out upon taking damage.

Until such time as combat re-logging is fixed, one-shot-kill weapons are a necessity.
