Question about the google forms

So... I filled out a google form for alpha with updated info (I recently upgraded PCs, ETC) and in the conformation email, I read that If you filled out the january thru may form not to fill out the new form, which I had had just done. The problem is that the old form that I sent wasn't very good; it had a different email address, the discord name was outdated, and I don't know if I even filled out my steam ID...
Will the new information be discarded, will the old one be, or will they be combined?
