Like a 24cm or 36cm (24cm when unwelded and 36cm when welded to make hinge rotaion of unwelded parts possible) beam, but with an inner capacitor. So they require the same ores as powerpack for welding tools plus bastium. Requires power to change state. Also has a built-in duct.
One end of the beam is the active end (it can weld/unweld) itself. Has 3 fields "Active" - 0 or 1 a field to toggle the state of the beam. "Welded" 0 or 1 and "Countdown" - time before the beam changes state, the welding takes some time, right.
