No. And if it were possible it would mean that Capital Ships were limited to a top speed of 150 m/s which'd defeat their purpose kinda.

Do you mean to say that the developers will close the Moons for ordinary travel outside the big ship? I don't believe in this

I think the warp gate and core will remain as we need to go to the moon to build the capital ship. If the ore distribution changes from its current state ...
