Titan Asteroid Mining?

I've been given conflicting information. Some people say that it is enabled on the PTU, others say it isn't. Some also say that it isn't currently, but will be before the moon mining patch drops on EA.

Does anyone know what is and isn't true? Has anyone here tried mining one of these since the Moon Mining update?

I tested it about a week ago on the PTU. Titan asteroids are not yet minable.

from yesterday says they'll probably be a bit after the rest of moon mining goes live.
