I am unable to spawn another test ship in the "Taking Flight" tutorial after restarting from a screen freeze. There is now a darkened "Tow" button replacing the original button (see attachment). Another individual near me also froze during their first attempt at the tutorial and were experiencing the same issue when they logged back in.
UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Hit ESC and go to "Reset" at the top right (see 2nd attachment). You may have to do the first few tutorial modules over again, but the "Taking Flight" module should now have an additional station to select from and spawn your ship into.
