Both the thruster and the hardpoint itself need to be bolted the beam structure :d

the large hardpoint will do this automatically just bolting the thruster on

You will need to make sure you put the thruster name into the list for the main flight computer too, but your main problem looks like your pipe doesn't lead into the hardpoint properly, it has to connect to the little hole
