WTF

Just bought a new ship a CS250 trident, undock and not 29k into the SAFEZONE I get a ship durability error for 6 plates and some other crap. Is it not the point of a safe zone that you take no damage?? And no I didn't hit anything.

You didn't take damage. You likely mined or added something to the ship, or the ship design is old, and the structure is overloaded. Add more bolts.
