Nope. Starbase uses a few essential services provided by Steam, such as a networking API that allows for the hybrid peer-to-peer server hosting structure to work.

EA games can not be preordered on Steam. As for pricing, check https://steamdb.info/app/454120/ after the game launches for all regional pricing.

Great job guys, as always. Deciding to merge the backpacks (mining and large) into the endo was a great choice to prevent new players from getting overwhelmed with game mechanics.

Welcome to the party! I noticed in another one of your posts you mentioned you have a significant amount of time in Space Engineers. I think you'll enjoy Starbase, as it fixed pretty much every major gripe I had with Space Engineers when I played it regularly.
