You do realise that with a safezone 1000km in diameter, overcrowding is nigh. Oh not to mention, having a bigger faction is counter intuitive if you plan on moving a lot. More craft, more fuel.

Eh, no. Capital ships, by conventions, are any ship that's a frigate, or above the classification of a frigate. Anything below the frigate is its own terms. Edit: Yes, I know there are issues with that. But notice I didn't ask for it to be changed.

Currently, there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the poll choices nor is there a way to edit the poll altogether.
