Would be cool to have a unique paint that acts like a mirror. Where it reflects the stuff around it pretty well. So in space, you might not see the ship, just part of the skybox, but when you get closer you realize that it's a ship with very reflective paint!

It it was COD Black OPs that intruduced the idea of custom emblems, but yeah. It would be nice to have something like that as a feature to make faction emblems, or at least signage, maybe make it fancy like you're designing a "webpage" or something xD and you can have the ability to rotate text...

I mean what the early access/final game is gonna be like. I know it's a gas giant, the sun and the 10 moons currently. But like... it still brings up some questions Will the other planets be handcrafted by the developers or will they be generated by the game? Like, what scale are talking...

I agree, and we won't really know until early access. The closed alpha might shed some light in the matter of what would be better, but with it being this early in the games life there's too many unknowns. Personally, I think it depends on the situation and type of ship you're wanting to use...
