Can we get patchnotes posted before servers go down?

I know a lot of people would appreciate having the patch notes go up the second servers go down to have something to read in the mean time.

We often still are finalizing patchnotes when the patching starts. However you can anticipate the notes by reading previous PTU notes, it's 98% the same always. (patches are first tested on PTU).
