Can you undo station item placement

I cant figure it out, but when your making a station you have to be extremely careful and accurate since i can't figure out how to undo and accidental placement. if anyone has any info please share. need to be able to remove a couple pieces that was placed during a lag click.

never mind, i figured it out, you use the welding tool and hold down the right button to remove, you can do this for both stations and ships in easy build mode. im leave my original post way it is so people who do come across this issue can have a reference point. but to move mistakes in easy build for stations and ships is, welding tool.
