Wep , thats a good idea , just like some excution kill in Titan Fall :V

We don't know what limits we'll have after losing limbs.
Without a leg you can only crawl - that was seen in on of the videos.
Rest is just assumptions: no 2h weapons without one arm, impaired vision without a head.

You can loot arms of the dead bodies. But I don't know if you can do that yourself without both arms...

Is there a way to repair other bots that we know of? Because if so you could essentially have a full fire team with a medic and a few other specialty weapons like flamethrower to make a pretty good boarding party.

It is planned. Devs mentioned salvaging limbs from dead bodies, as well as "reviving" killed torsos.
Most likely they haven't started working on that yet.
