As far as I know, the official Starbase wiki won't allow for player made pages or player faction pages.

It does allow for player made pages, though every change have to be reviewed and accepted by FB staff before being shown as the "approved" version.
Just as an example, I know this page was made by a regular user.

You're right on the player faction pages though, that's not really a thing on there

yes that's why I started a separate player wiki, for them to develop their own organizations without interfering with the official wiki.

Its a fan page, for fans, made by fans.
