Module designer - for making Easy Build custom modules

I know Easy Build still needs fixing, but once that's done, how about a module designer for making custom easy build modules?

Crafting them (in the same way as the premade modules) would require ore as defined by the parts used, but would give no research points (to prevent anyone from crafting a "research grinding" module).

This is something we have considered, but like you said, there's a lot of bug fixing left. After that we'll need the ship designer integration for EBM, as the modules would be designed in there. But it's something we are consider a possibility currently.
