Sieges and their effect to PvP

Oh, how large is it? I tried to figure it out assuming it was 10, but then it seemed other peoples stations were within that bubble.

I think safe zone is like 600m and the station claim area is around 2 km. These however are just the current values.

Overall, I like what is discussed in OP.. The details and balance passes that will be needed will all come in time. The concept and thinking behind the mechanics seems solid to me.
