Starbase Steam Guide

Hello developers of Starbase at Frozenbyte, my name is Jesse and I've come across your game and have become intrigued with the title and would like to pitch in and help with the development of the community. What I would like to be able to do is create a guide on steam for the game that would transfer many of the official topics here and game information to a more convenient location within the workshop. I've built guides like this before for other games, however I've been denied access to setting one up (probably due to the game still being within "pre-alpha"). Is there any way that I can contribute on this front with your help?
