Greetings everyone!

The Machine has decided to share our full set of parts (AKA 'Lego' or 'The Constructor') with those willing to try their skills in ship design and modelling!

Link to the set: https://yadi.sk/d/ghNfoNvXLa-PtQ

Compatible 3D software (free / educational versions):
- 3DS Max ( https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/3ds-max )
- Blender (https://www.blender.org/ )
- TinkerCAD ( https://www.tinkercad.com/learn )
- Fusion360 ( https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/students-teachers-educators )

This set contains all the necessary parts required for assembling of ship's frame, plating, internal systems as well as some weapons and cargo related devices. Set also includes several examples of how certain devices can be assembled (generator, for example) and an unofficial reconstructed Vassama ship for tips on device placement.

Set is provided as a library of untextured low-poly simplified parts that can be imported into 3DS Max, Blender, TinkerCAD, Fusion260 and any other programms supporting .3ds, .obj, .fbx and .stl file types on any machine regardless of its specs.

Unfortunatelly, we can't guarantee 100% accuracy in sizes for specific objects. Such objects are labeled 'unconfirmed' and mostly consist of turntables and weapons - these things are quite difficult to judge the size of by media files only...

Some examples of ships made with this set:

- !!! Please note: !!! The provided parts are not created or endorsed by the developers, and may be mechanicly incorrect. We apologise for any time lost building something that might not work in the game.

I'm no pro at Blender, but I think I might give it a shot. Thank you Pirat for bringing this post up in the feed and Okim for the upload.

Looks great. Is there a version of this that works with SketchUp Free (.skp)?

FYI, I tried opening the v5 .stl file in TinkerCAD, and it failed due to being "too complex."
