ISAN V2.0 BETA
Those of you who keep up-to-date with what happens inside Closed Alpha, might've heard of ISAN before. It's a YOLOL project giving you XYZ coordinates for navigation, like a GPS. It has quickly become widely adopted by many ship designers in CA.

To further improve upon ISAN, the project now has an opensource github page! (Contains YOLOL and explanations!)
  • Added the Public GitHub.
  • Added the development version of ISAN 2.0. It is rewritten from the ground up, allowing for the use of all currently existing transmitters dynamically, allowing for increased range and increased processing speed.
  • If you have any feature requests, or are a coder take a look at our repo! ISAN is nowcompletely open-source, and the team is looking forward to everyone's contributions.
  • Due to the rework, we did have to delay work on Autopilot. However it's sooner then ever to completion. Thank you all for your continued interest, support and commitment to ISAN! :)
Note: ISAN 2.0 is not ready for release. So do not expect it to work 100% just yet.
Relayed from ISAN announcement at Collective. See also: ISAN V1.0. and documentation, wiki page.

Wow. What an amazing step to make the best current GPS System open source. I hope the collective will stay this way even after full release, doing good work for the community

I don't know the efficiency of the system.
But congratulations on this project.
Here's the current efficiency ratings:

Note: We have not updated this table for 2.0 yet, though you can assume that we've effectively halved refresh rate.
