Will there be or are there any plans for explaining the universe this game is in? Either its creation or current state of affairs?

as far as how bots are a thing, what if the human consciousnesses was transferred to a memory bank, or server like thing where it could be put into the bots. and reason being for this could be to secure resources from another solar system far away, well that being the original idea. BUT you get your factions, like pirates and stuff due to rebelling against the government or corporation that put them there. food for thought?

Starbase is made so that players would make the lore for it. The only lores we do have is the Kingdom's declaration of Independence and two unofficial lore stories, all three of which you can find around the place.
