    I'm not sure if you'll be able to build this. Factories are pretty big IIRC, and i'm not sure if you'd be able to run the factory part and the ship part on one vessel. That's assuming you'll be able to use all the important factory devices on ships and not just stations.

    If I make a station with rental lots, and someone buys that lot, do I get the money? Likewise, do I get their taxes? What happens if you don't pay the tax? Do you just lose the lot? What happens to a lot's buildings when its owner loses it? Are they deleted, or left for the next buyer?

    I hope they fix this before any more griefers or pirates find out about it. I can see people designing ships just to drag vessels out of safe zones and destroy them while their owners are away. It almost defeats the point of a safe zone.
