I think itd be pretty cool, would add immersion and roleplaying, say you want to board a ship or ask for their surrender you hail them on the radio. Or your taking prisoners and you need to communicate, you cant do that if everyone is in different discords.

yeh, that would be nice. Aslong as its not 20 bucks for a character color theme reskin or 10 dollars for a mustache like in Albion Online lol.

Hopefully it doesnt get one of those bad steam EA releases where theres massive server crashes and unplayable lag. Even early access bad launches have a longterm effect on games their.

yeah, discord is supposed to fill the void of forums with its features but i like forums better for community its easier to find stuff and see latest stuff etc.

No you cant do this! They will find you and do horrible things! Its not just discriminating but there is a deep-state of robot hunters!

I agree, game should be kept as an MMO online. Maybe an offline ship editor or builder, but keep it small so the main playerbase is in the MMO.

Ahh yah, hopefully they have that in some group/guild/faction system else battles will be chaotic lol. Well probs focus on making money for a couple of ships and wepons to become pvp ready then go around patrolling gathering areas.

Factions will always be around, if you mean by groups of players. Im sure in the short term, battles will be of mostly pirates and mercs hunting down the meteor miners, some territory/resource control by bigger factions.
